What happens after you send a request
- We receive your request. If you add your email address, an automatic email will confirm that it has reached us.
- We agree a time. We will contact you to arrange a day and time.
- We confirm your appointment. Until then, it is a request, not a booked appointment.
Toothache or a broken tooth?
Please do not wait for a reply – phone us on +389 78 218 457 during opening hours. If a slot is available, we will try to see you the same day.
If swelling spreads towards your eye or neck, if you have swelling and a high temperature, or if you find it hard to breathe, speak or swallow, call an ambulance on 194 or the European emergency number 112 straight away, or go to hospital.

In your message, just say what the appointment is for, for example ‘check-up’ or ‘lost filling’. We will go through your medical history and any medicines at your visit.

If you are insured with the Health Insurance Fund (FZO)
The practice has a contract with the Fund. If you are already registered with Dr Kiril Milanovski as your chosen dentist (izbran stomatolog), or would like to be, please say so in your message.

If you are unable to come, please phone us as soon as possible. That way, your slot can go to another patient – perhaps someone with toothache.
