About these terms of use
These terms of use apply to the drmilanovski.mk website and all its language versions. They explain how you may use the website and what you can expect from it.
The website is run by the Dr. Milanovski dental practice in Skopje, North Macedonia. By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

What we write about teeth, gums and treatments is for general information only. They are based on recognised health sources, but they cannot replace an examination by a dentist.
Every mouth is different. Only an examination and a discussion with the dentist can show whether a treatment is right for you, how many visits it will take and what result you can expect. Results vary from person to person.
Please do not put off seeing a dentist because of something you have read online, including on this website. Do not start or stop taking any medicine without advice from a dentist, doctor or pharmacist.
If swelling spreads towards your eye or neck, if you have swelling and a high temperature, if you find it hard to breathe, speak or swallow, or if you have a serious injury to your face or jaw, do not wait for an appointment. In North Macedonia, call an ambulance on 194 or the European emergency number 112 straight away (elsewhere, your local emergency number), or go to hospital.
If you have toothache or have broken a tooth, please phone us during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 11:00–19:00. Outside these hours, contact the out-of-hours dental service run by public health institutions.
When the practice is closed for annual leave, our post on Facebook and Instagram tells you which dentist to contact if your problem cannot wait.
A booking request is not yet a confirmed appointment
The appointment request form sends us your request, but it does not book an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only once we have contacted you and agreed a day and time.
Our reply may take longer at weekends, on public holidays or while the practice is closed for annual leave.

When you fill in the form, please:
- give a correct phone number, so that we can reach you
- leave out health information, such as diagnoses, medicines or details of illnesses; just say briefly what you need, for example ‘check-up’ or ‘lost filling’
- do not send a request on someone else’s behalf without their consent
- do not use the form if you are under 14
Cancelling or rearranging an appointment
If you cannot make it, please phone us as soon as possible to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Your slot can then go to another patient, for example someone with toothache.
If you are running late, please phone us too, so that we can check whether your appointment can still go ahead.
Prices, treatment plans and the Health Insurance Fund
Price information on this website is general and not a binding offer. The cost of your treatment depends on the condition of your teeth, how many teeth need treatment and the materials used.
You will be told the price after your examination, before any treatment starts. For a longer course of treatment, you will receive a written plan that includes the price. See our prices page for more.
The practice has a contract with the Health Insurance Fund (FZO) for primary dental care. If Dr Kiril Milanovski is your chosen dentist (izbran stomatolog) under the Fund, you receive the services it covers in line with its rules.

We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy policies, so please read their terms too.
The Google map loads only when you click ‘Show the map’. You can read more in our cookie policy.
You are welcome to link to our website, as long as the link is not misleading: for example, it must not suggest that the practice works with you or recommends your product. Please do not embed our pages in another website in a way that makes them look like part of it.

Treatment at the practice is agreed in person, after an examination and a discussion with the dentist. It is governed by the law and by professional standards, not by these terms.

If that is not possible, the dispute will be decided by the competent court in the Republic of North Macedonia.
